Scientology Volunteer Ministers Continue Their Work to Improve Conditions in French Suburbs

The Paris riots were officially considered ended on November 17th, 2005 when the vandalism of the previous night had gone back down to the pre-riot levels. This was determined because 98 vehicles were torched the previous night, showing that civil unrest continues to smolder. The source of the problem is in urgent need of remedy: the injustice and lack of opportunity those living in these French ghettos face on a daily basis.

The Scientology Volunteer Ministers from the Association Spirituelle de l’Église de Scientologie d’Ile de France and the Association Spirituelle de l’Église de Scientologie Celebrity Centre are continuing their work to bring effective solutions to the people of these communities.

In Aulnay-sous-Bois, Scientologists have passed out thousands of copies of The Way To Happiness, a moral code based entirely on common sense, containing practical knowledge anyone can put to use to improve his or her life.

“In November the eyes of the world were on Paris,” said Danièle Gounord, President of the Church of Scientology of Paris. “We are determined to improve the conditions that led to this violence using the technology of L. Ron Hubbard and make Paris an example to the world that Something CAN be done about it.”

The Scientology Volunteer Ministers invite the participation of individuals and groups of any race, color or creed, and will train any person who wants to help.
